Leadership Retreats:
Retreats are great opportunities
for leaders to spend quality time with Roger or Dr. John. In a relaxed, un-pressured
atmosphere, leaders tend to let their guard down and ask the questions that
have them stuck. Conversations over breakfast, lunch, and dinner are more casual
and meaningful. Dr. John and Roger can spend whatever time necessary with individuals
or small groups to teach the principles and practices of constructive confrontation
and address individual concerns. Retreat attendees will leave with:
- A more intimate understanding of the role they play in mentoring and coaching
through constructive confrontation
- A stronger appreciation for the need to define emotional purpose in their
work and the efforts of their direct reports
- The ability to diagnose and address the habits, skills, attitudes, and
activities required to enhance performance
- A powerful new skill set and leadership tool to give their direct reports
support and encouragement through confrontation
