Consulting:
The
more organizations can integrate constructive confrontation into their cultures,
the more accountable and focused the enterprise will be as a whole. When performance
particulars are documented in a covenant mutually constructed by leaders and
their team members, ownership in work processes increases. When performance
expectations are revisited on a weekly basis or more frequently, there isn’t
much opportunity for team members or their leaders to stray off course. Efficiency
increases as wasted time, effort, and resources are minimized. Roger and Dr.
John will consult with organizational designers to:
- Develop strategies to maximize efficiency through an enterprise-wide application
of constructive confrontation principles
- Adopt enterprise-wide methods and techniques to tap into and make the most
of emotional purpose in team member’s work
- Make the issues of habits, skills, attitudes, and activities a common diagnostic
language throughout the organization
- Eliminate confusion, chaos, conflict, contradiction, complaining, blaming,
and accusations from the organizational dialogue
