Roger and Dr. John are available on a fee basis to provide continuing one-on-one support to supervisors, managers, and executives as they refine their skills as confronters. Situations change, personnel issues vary, and sometimes a leader just needs to bounce ideas off of an objective outside party. Whatever the reason, talking through problems and challenges with Roger or Dr. John can bring fresh insight to bear on situations that might otherwise seem baffling and overwhelming. Roger and Dr. John will confront supervisors, managers, and executives constructively to provide an ongoing model of the constructive confrontation process.
